Ingredients: Nylon outer, non toxic gel inside
Safety Warning: Do not apply cold pack to skin for more than 20 mins at a time & leave 1.5-2 hours between applications. It is advisable to check the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. Always wrap the gel pack in cloth or sleeve before applying to skin. Best used for 48 hours after an injury. If discomfort continues consult a medical professional. Do not overheat a gel pack as it can puncture it. If gel pack is damaged or punctured do not use it. Keep out of reach of children unless supervised.
Weight: 950 g
Directions: Wrap in a cloth or sleeve before applying. COLD: Approx. 2.5 to 3 hours to freeze the pack. HOT: Water: immerse gel pack in boiled water for 10-14 mins. Microwave: knead pack to make gel even, fold in half & heat for 60 secs. Fold in opposite direction & heat for 60 secs. If correct temperature is not reached, further exposure in 10 sec bursts.
