Instructions for use:
You can keep the hot cold packs in the freezer ready for use. Each pack has instructions printed on it, which saves having to hunt for the instructions every time.
These packs just couldn’t be easier to use.
To heat put the packs in the microwave (600W) for 30 seconds (60 seconds if heating from frozen), then if not hot enough, in 10 second further bursts. Alternatively immerse them for 4-10 minutes in boiling water that’s been taken off the heat (check for correct temperature after 4 minutes and in 1 minute intervals afterwards until the temperature is right).
To cool, put the packs in the freezer for an hour. Packs can be kept in the freezer. I generally take the packs out of the freezer 10 minutes before using them.
Insert the hot cold pack into the fabric sleeve and apply to the affected area, using the velcro to adjust the belt.
