Rummaging around the freezer for a bag of frozen peas or some other small veg to ease the pain and swelling of an injury. The peas go all over the floor. Ice goes everywhere. There’s not quite enough peas in the bag to treat the injury.

Evanmore hot and cold packs are the ideal drug-free way to treat aches and pains and most soft tissue injuries!
Safety Information:
It’s advisable to put the disc in the cover provided or wrap it in cloth before applying directly to the skin. When frozen, applications of the cold pack should be limited to about 20 minutes, then take a break before re-applying the pack.
Indications:
The hot packs are great for effective temporary relief of muscle tension, muscular discomfort or pain, joint pain back ache, arthritic symptoms menstrual cramps, sciatica and lumbago. The cold packs help with reducing swelling and bruising, relieving muscular discomfort from bruises, injury pain relief, inflammation and sprains and temporary relief from toothache, insect bites and headaches.
Ingredients:
Inner: non toxic gel. Outer: nylon
Directions:
DO NOT MICROWAVE. For hot applications, cover pack with boiling water for 4-6 minutes. If heating from frozen use more water & immerse for 8-12 minutes. Remove pack & dry it. Use cover provided or wrap in cloth before applying. For cold application: Store in the freezer so gel pack is ready to use, although can also be stored at room temperature. Approx 60 minutes are required to freeze the gel pack. Wrap gel pack cover provided or in cloth before applying.
